Free Shipping and Territories Policy

OrthoFeet happily offers free ground shipping across Canada.

 

P.O. Boxes

OrthoFeet ships to P.O. Boxes. Please do not include both a physical address and P.O. Box in your shipping instructions at checkout. 

 

Shipping Carriers and Services

We use many of the biggest carriers to ensure you receive the fastest delivery times and best rates possible. We cannot guarantee shipment through any particular carrier.

We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.

 

Order Processing and Delivery Times

In-stock orders placed before 12PM EST will ship same-day. We process orders after this cutoff on the following business day. Shipping then takes approximately 2 - 7 business days depending on the destination.

 

Order Tracking

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once it is ready to ship and leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the order.
