SHIPPING POLICY
Free Shipping and Territories Policy
OrthoFeet offers free ground shipping across the contiguous United States. We offer a flat $12 shipping rate to AK, HI, PR, GU, VI, or CNMI.
International Shipping
Orthofeet offers international shipping via FedEx to Australia.
Important information:
- All shipping and return freight is the customer's responsibility.
- Applicable shipping cost, duties and taxes are estimated after you insert your destination address at checkout.
- Items in international orders can only be returned for a refund. Items cannot be exchanged.
- Orders cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
P.O. Boxes
OrthoFeet ships to P.O. Boxes. Please do not include both a physical address and P.O. Box in your shipping instructions at checkout.
Shipping Carriers and Services
We use many of the biggest carriers to ensure you receive the fastest delivery times and best rates possible. We cannot guarantee shipment through any particular carrier.
We do not offer expedited shipping at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Order Processing and Delivery Times
We process in-stock orders within two business days. Shipping then takes approximately 2 - 7 business days depending on the destination.
Orders ship from multiple locations in the contiguous United States to ensure the fastest delivery times possible. If you ordered multiple items, they may arrive separately based on their warehouse location.
Order Tracking
Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days. Once it is ready to ship and leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the order.

Shoes & Insoles Returns
We offer a 60-Day Wear Test on all shoes and insoles. If you are not completely satisfied, return or exchange them for a full refund. Orthofeet will accept your item(s) within 60 days from date of purchase. Limit of one (1) exchange per order.
Return shipping is free when using our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. Free returns are not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU, VI or international orders.
Final Sale Policy
Final Sale products are non-refundable and do not qualify for the 60-Day Wear Test. All sales for products marked Final Sale are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Socks & Compression Hosiery Returns
A $5.00 restocking fee per item will be applied to socks and compression hosiery returns. The fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
All returned socks and compression hosiery must be in a resalable condition and in their original packaging, including labels. Items must be returned within 60 days of purchase.
Return shipping is free when using our Returns and Exchanges Portal. Customers are responsible for sending the item(s) back to us. Free returns are not valid for HI, PR, AK, GU and VI orders.
We do not accept exchanges of socks and compression hosiery. If you would like a different size or color, please return your current item(s), and place a new order for the desired items.
Options for Returning Your Item(s)
Orthofeet offers two convenient return options:
- Return to a Happy Returns Bar - No shipping box or label needed
- Return to any USPS location
For Happy Returns:
- Click here to access our Return and Exchange Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address/zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Select the reason for return or exchange.
- Choose Happy Returns (Option 1).
- The nearest Happy Returns Bar location is suggested. If you wish to see other locations, click “Closest location”.
- A QR code for your return or exchange will be generated. You will also receive it to your registered email address.
- Take your item(s) in its original packaging (shoe box) to the Happy Returns Bar and present the QR code or provide the “Express Code”.
- Once your item(s) have been scanned, a confirmation email is sent.
- Refunds/exchanges are processed within 24 hours.
For Post Office Returns:
- Click here to access our Return and Exchange Portal.
- Enter your order number and email address/zip code to initiate a return or exchange.
- Select the item you wish to return or exchange.
- Select the reason for return or exchange.
- Choose “Ship back with prepaid label” (Option 2).
- You can return/exchange with a QR code or print a label. Select your preferred method.
If you chose QR Code:
- A QR code will be generated and shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.
- Package your items in their original packaging and enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).
- Present the QR code at the Post Office drop-off facility without the need for printing a label.
If you chose Print a Label:
- A label will be generated and shown on screen. You will also receive it to your registered email address.
- Package your items in their original packaging, enclose a copy of the packing slip or invoice with the returned item(s).
- Print return label and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton.
- Take your shipping carton to the nearest USPS location.
- Please request a receipt for your shipment and keep for your records.
