CashBack is a way to reward you for shopping with us! Want a bonus gift card back for orthofeet.com? You've got it. Maybe you'd prefer a Visa prepaid card that you can use anywhere. No problem! The choice is yours. It's a simple and convenient way for us to show our appreciation to shoppers like you.
To redeem your CashBack, please follow these simple steps:
- Check your email after making a qualifying purchase. You will receive an email with instructions for CashBack redemption.
- Complete the CashBack redemption form provided in the email.
- Choose your preferred CashBack redemption method: an Orthofeet gift card or a virtual Visa card.
We trust you, but to ensure that fraudsters don't take advantage of the CashBack system, there is often a holding period that corresponds with our return and refund window. Our holding period is 60 days. Once this has passed, you will be able to use your CashBack!
Once you confirm your gift card selection, we will promptly provide you with the details of your gift card after the 60 day holding period.
You'll have the option between an Orthofeet gift card or a Visa prepaid card you can use anywhere. Here's where you can use them:
Orthofeet Gift Card
This gift card can be used on the payment page of checkout. You will see a field that says "Gift Card or Discount Code" where you can enter the code and press "Apply".
Visa Prepaid Card
This card can be used anywhere online that accepts Visa—including orthofeet.com! To use it, you can enter the card details on the checkout page when making an online purchase just like you would use a typical credit or debit card.
CashBacks can be suspended for a number of reasons. Here are the most common ones:
Refunds/Exchanges
If you have received a refund, the CashBack will automatically be suspended. If our system recognizes a full refund to your original order, we will suspend the CashBack and thus this additional credit won't be received.
Coupon Codes
We do not combine CashBack with other coupon codes. If you check out with CashBack and a coupon code in your cart, our system will automatically suspend the CashBack so you can't receive two promotions on a single order.
Non-USD Orders
Currently, we only support orders placed in USD. Since we can't issue CashBack on non-USD orders, these CashBacks will be suspended.
Once you select a gift card, we will promptly send you an email containing all the details about your gift card CashBack. We understand that emails can sometimes get lost or misplaced. If you are unable to locate the email please reach out to our support team.
After selecting a virtual Visa CashBack, we will send you an email containing a link to access the details of your card, including your balance and statement.
This card is like any other Visa debit card and may be refused due to several reasons:
- Check that your card still has a sufficient balance.
- Double check that you added the correct card number, name, and address.
