We stand behind our products! Orthofeet warrants its footwear products to be free of defects in material and workmanship under normal use and conditions for a period of six months.

If you have any issues with your shoes, we will replace any defective product covered by this warranty free of charge. Footwear products that have been modified or repaired by any person not authorized by Orthofeet are not covered under this warranty.
We recommend you order the same size and width you normally order from other brands. Most of our shoes fit true to size. For some styles, we provide additional information on fit. If your shoe size falls between sizes or if one foot is larger than the other, we suggest ordering the larger size of the two. The included fitting spacers allow you to adjust the space inside the shoe should your two feet not measure the same. Our policy allows you to exchange them free of charge for another size, width or style that may be more appropriate.
Orthofeet shoes were meticulously designed by a team of podiatrists and biomechanical engineers to offer the best footwear solution for a comfortable and pain free fit and a variety of foot conditions. The design includes a rocker bottom ergonomic sole with a ½” heel to toe drop that evenly transfers weight and shock forces from when the foot strikes the ground at the heel and lifts off at the forefoot. This facilitates foot motion, minimizes ankle joint movement, and provides comfort, support & pain relief with every step.
The answer depends on several factors that vary from person to person. How often the shoes are worn, the mileage put on them, a person’s weight, and specific gait pattern (ie. do you pronate, drag your feet) affect the lifespan of the shoe. Orthofeet shoes are constructed with high quality materials that are designed to withstand everyday usage and normal wear and tear. Some of our customers attest to the shoes holding up for several years. We also have a generous 6-month warranty should you encounter any unexpected issue with the shoes.
The complete collection of Orthofeet shoes is sold online at the official site www.orthofeet.com. All styles, sizes and widths are available and ship free of charge. We offer FREE returns and a 60-day wear test that allows you to test the shoes to ensure they are the perfect fit for you.

If you would like to try on the shoes, a few podiatry and other medical facilities carry a limited selection. To locate a facility near you, visit the Professional Locator page. We recommend you call the facility ahead of time to verify that the specific style, size and width are in stock.

For all shoes and insoles:
Do not wash the shoes and insoles in the washing machine. Do not dry the shoes in the dryer.

For shoes with leather upper:
Wipe away dirt with dry brush or cloth. Clean using a damp cloth with a little soap. Apply leather shoe shine, polish or conditioner. Air dry.

For shoes with suede upper:
Gently wipe away dirt with dry brush or cloth. For stains, spot-clean suede shoes using a suede eraser.

For shoes with fabric upper:
Wipe away dirt with dry brush or cloth. Clean using a damp cloth with a little soap, Air dry.

For shoes with synthetic upper:
Wipe away dirt with dry brush or cloth. Clean using a damp cloth with a little soap, Air dry.

For insoles:
Wipe away dirt with dry brush or cloth. Clean using a damp cloth with a little soap, Air dry.
The work shoe collection is certified slip resistant on wet surfaces including oil. While the rest of the styles are not certified slip resistant, many of them are constructed with a special rubber sole and unique tread design for excellent traction and grip.
