OrthoFeet offers free shipping for all orders in the contingent US (excluding HI, PR, AK, GU, VI orders).

For the excluded states and destinations, there is a $12 flat shipping fee.

OrthoFeet orders are shipped from our headquarters located in Norwood, New Jersey.

We process orders within 2 business days and ship via USPS or FedEx which takes approx. 3-10 business days depending on the shipping destination.

Unfortunately, at this time we do not offer expedited shipping. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Once you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Your order will be processed within 2 business days and once it is ready to ship and leave our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will have a link to track the order.

We apologize for any inconvenience. Please allow up to 48 hours after delivery notification for receipt of your package. If you still haven’t received it after 48 hours, please call our customer service team at 551-400-5400, M-F 8:30 am – 5:30 pm EST.
